Tasha Peck, Owner & Principal, is avid about helping people navigate their careers by providing support to help align individuals’ strengths, passions, and career endeavors.
For three decades, Ms. Peck has worked in people-centric roles, leveraging data to support organizations and the work they do. Before launching Talantage LLC, Ms. Peck worked in many private professional services sectors – directing, managing, and administering all facets of Human Resources and business activities. She started the company with the belief that having such conviction in her capabilities would allow her to provide quality services to her clients to improve the organization’s financial and operational performance.
